3. Booking and Cancellations

• All service bookings are subject to availability.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
• Gleam & Shield reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments at its discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. Complete payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods as indicated at our premises. Any additional services not quoted initially will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gleam & Shield will perform all services with professional care and skill. However, we shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects in the vehicle that become apparent during or after the detailing process. Our liability for any damage directly caused by our negligence shall be limited to the cost of the specific service rendered to the vehicle.
